ABOUT ME
I’m Emma. After years working in HR, I realised that while policies and processes matter, what truly makes a difference is how we feel in or day-to-day work. I’ve seen how stress, uncertainty, and self-doubt can hold people back and I wanted to do something about it.
Now, as an independent wellbeing coach, I work one-on-one with individuals to help them navigate challenges, build resilience, and feel more confident at work. My approach is practical, grounded, and tailored to what actually makes a difference in real life.
Outside of coaching, I’m inspired by books, quiet mornings, and little moment that make life feel lighter.
